JAZZ/POP DUO

Banah Ko is a guitar/voice duo formed by Charline Crevoisier and Harsh Shandylia. They met in Basel during their Bachelor studies, where they had the opportunity to perform together in various projects and ensembles. Through shared coffees, conversations, and musical exchanges, a strong friendship gradually developed and led to the creation of the duo. Their first concert took place during a jam opener at the Jazzcampus Basel, and became the starting point of the Banah Ko journey. Driven by a shared musical sensibility, the project continued to grow and evolve into what it is today: an intimate musical space blending reimagined covers with original compositions, shaped by the artists’ individual backgrounds and influences. Their music draws inspiration from artists such as Gretchen Parlato, Maro, and many others, and is defined by sensitivity, deep listening, and a search for authenticity.
